About Fundborg

Fundborg connects people interested in investing with ambitious businesses in Kosovo. The platform publishes reviewed campaign information and records non-binding requests for direct contact.

Private-market insights

Private investments can offer exposure to growing businesses, but they are long-term, speculative, and often illiquid. Evaluate the company, team, market, valuation, security terms, dilution, and possible exits before committing.

Founder guide

A strong application explains the company, traction, use of funds, target raise, ownership terms, material risks, and the team responsible for execution. Applications enter review before an offering can become public.

Investment risks

You may lose all invested capital. Private securities can be difficult or impossible to sell, valuations may decline, businesses may fail, future rounds may dilute ownership, and returns are never guaranteed.

Security and process

Fundborg uses protected sessions, hashed passwords, role-based permissions, validated requests, and recorded review actions. The website does not accept money or complete investments. Later steps are coordinated offline with the company and relevant Kosovo institutions.

Privacy

Fundborg collects account, founder-application, watchlist, and contact-request information needed to operate the service. Identity documents and payment details must not be submitted through the website.

Accessibility

The product aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic controls, readable contrast, descriptive labels, and responsive layouts.

Contact

For founder applications, use the Raise page. For an opportunity, use its request-to-be-contacted form. General and privacy enquiries can be sent through the contact details on the Contact page.

Careers

Fundborg is not currently listing open roles. Future engineering, compliance, operations, and market roles will be announced through official Fundborg channels.

Frequently asked questions

What does an interest request mean?

It tells Fundborg the amount you may be interested in and asks the team to contact you. It is non-binding and is not a payment, subscription, allocation, or issued security.

Can I lose my investment?

Yes. Private-company investment is high risk and you may lose all invested capital.

Can I sell whenever I want?

Usually not. Private securities are commonly illiquid, and a secondary market may not exist.

How does a company become listed?

A founder applies, Fundborg reviews the company and disclosures, and an authorized administrator decides whether an offering can go live.
