Information collected
Fundborg stores account details, role and business-stage choices, consent records, saved offerings, founder applications, non-binding contact requests, review statuses, security logs, and messages you submit. The public website is not designed to receive payment-card data or copies of identity documents.
Why it is used
Information is used to operate and secure accounts, publish and review opportunities, respond to requests, coordinate offline introductions and checks, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact consent is recorded when you ask the team to call you.
Who receives it
Access is limited by role. Contact details are available to Fundborg administrators and are shared with a fundraising company only after an introduction is recorded. Where needed for an offline process, information may be shared with ARBK, relevant Kosovo offices, professional advisers, or service providers under appropriate safeguards. ARBK does not operate or endorse this website.
Storage and retention
Fundborg retains information only for the operating, security, dispute, audit, and legal periods that apply to it, then deletes or anonymizes it. Backups are protected and expire on a controlled schedule. Production credentials and database access are restricted to authorized personnel.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw a live interest request from your dashboard. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, subject to records Fundborg must retain. Contact support@fundborg.com and do not include identity documents in the email.
Security and incidents
Fundborg uses encrypted transport, hashed passwords, protected browser sessions, access controls, rate limits, and audit events. No system is completely secure. Suspected security issues can be reported to security@fundborg.com.
Changes
This notice may change as the service and legal requirements develop. Material changes will be shown with an updated date and, where appropriate, an account notice.
