Fundborg platform terms
1. What the platform does
Fundborg publishes information about reviewed fundraising opportunities and records non-binding requests to be contacted. Fundborg does not accept money, execute an investment, allocate shares, hold client assets, or settle a transaction through this website.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to use the service, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell Fundborg about suspected unauthorized use. Fundborg may suspend accounts used unlawfully, deceptively, or against these terms.
3. Interest requests
An indicated amount is not a commitment, subscription, reservation, allocation, or right to invest. It asks Fundborg to contact you. Any later verification, advice, documentation, agreement, company-registration work, or transaction happens separately and offline.
4. Company information
Campaign information may be supplied by the fundraising company. Administrative review does not guarantee accuracy, success, valuation, eligibility, or future performance. Companies must keep material information accurate and must not make misleading claims.
5. Risk and independent review
Private-company investment can result in total loss, dilution, and long-term illiquidity. Obtain independent legal, financial, and tax advice and review definitive documents before making any decision.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, scrape protected information, bypass access controls, infringe rights, or use Fundborg for unlawful financial activity.
7. Availability and responsibility
Fundborg may change or suspend features for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
